How can I join the cybersecurity lab?
Students interested in joining our lab should first participate in our CyberChallenge.IT program or attend one of our workshops. You can also reach out through Discord or email to express your interest and discuss opportunities.
What kind of events do you organize?
We organize a variety of events including workshops, seminars, CTF competitions, and training sessions. These events cover various cybersecurity topics and are designed for different skill levels, from beginners to advanced practitioners.
Do you offer support for academic research?
Yes, our lab supports academic research in various cybersecurity domains. We collaborate with students and faculty on research projects, provide access to specialized equipment, and offer guidance on research methodologies and publication.
Can I borrow equipment from the lab?
Students who intend to take non-inventoried equipment outside the laboratory must fill out a register, indicating student number, name, surname, email, course and date. After two weeks, the equipment should be brought back to check any progress.
What are the lab's opening hours?
The lab is open at least twice a week in the afternoon. However, this schedule may change during exam sessions. At least one member of the team is always present during opening hours to assist visitors and supervise activities.
